Our team comes from many years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. We are dedicated in using our experience in making a difference in this field. Head of agency- has a Master's degree in Social work as well as hands on experience in residential group homes as manager as well as upper management so she knows the ins and outs in this field. The co-found has experience as direct support professional and has a nursing degree. We are both person-centered, compassionate individuals that wants to make a difference with the individuals as families we serve. We want to bridge the gap and make an impact with the individuals to be independent, reach their goals and be a part of the community.

Lending hand support services is an approved DDD provider that focuses on the individual and their families. We go above and beyond because it's important the the individuals and their family are valued and appreciated for all that they do. We are devoted to providing quality service and making an impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities achieve their daily goals.
